"We Didn't Start the Fire" is a song by Billy Joel. Its lyrics include brief, rapid-fire allusions to more than 100 headline events between March 1949 and 1989, when the song was released on his album Storm Front. The song was a No. 1 hit in the US.

The guys sing "We Didn't Start the Fire" along with the radio during a road trip to Kentucky to replace LeVar Brown's private stash of RC Cola in "Of Lice and Men". Their antics and singing a combination of gibberish and random words gets on Cleveland's nerves, until he snaps at them and shuts off the radio, but they soon begin singing again on their own.

Radio: ...It was always burning since the worlds been turning,

All except Cleveland: We didn't start the fire, it was always burning since the world's been turning

[The guys sing to the tune in the guise of random words and gibberish. There are coherent words such as "JFK", "Roosevelt", and "Gay marriage"]

All except Cleveland: Rock and roller cola wars, I can't take it anymore!
