The Stoolgate Hotel is where Cleveland Brown Jr. meets with Rallo in order to secure his re-election as Student Class president in "'Til Deaf". In a parody of the Watergate scandal, Junior orders Rallo to use any means necessary to win him the election and pays him off in Monopoly money.
