Ms. Eck is one of Roberta's teachers at Stoolbend High School. She was hired as a replacement for Mr. Elmore. She convinces Roberta to wear a fat-suit and alter her appearance to teach her about how she can't rely on her looks to get by in life. Apparently, she used to be attractive before she turned thirty, and now shows all the signs of aging, including wrinkles, crow's feet, and drooping breasts.
Ms. Eck is voiced by Jane Lynch.
