After Cleveland tries to hook up Roberta and Barry Shadwell's step-son Larry in order to cement his relationship with Barry, Donna compares his efforts to the adoption of a Chinese baby girl. As the adoptive parents anticipate finally getting to take Mei Ling home, an official prepares the girl by placing her in a Chinese food take out carton, stapling her in a bag and noting that she doesn't contain MSG.
