Mandy is a female bully that makes life miserable for Cleveland Brown Jr. at Stoolbend High School. She first appears in "Da Doggone Daddy-Daughter Dinner Dance" where she pushes Junior over and threatens to beat him up if he crosses her. Reggie offers to date her and break her heart when he finds out what she did to him.
Mandy also has cameos in "Ladies' Night" and "Buried Pleasure".
Mandy is voiced by Kristen Bell.
