Legolas is a character in J. R. R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings. He is an Elf of the Woodland Realm and one of nine members of the Fellowship of the Ring.
When Donna forbids Rallo from hanging out at Vinnie's Barber Shop with his friend Murray and other dirty old guys in "To Live and Die in VA", he sees Cleveland Jr. styling the hair of a Legolas doll and hits on the idea of bringing the barbershop to his own home.
