Chanel Williams is a girl that Cleveland Jr. and Rallo both like and want to win over in "Brotherly Love". However, Chanel only sees Rallo as a cute little five-year-old, giving Cleveland Jr. the chance to make his move. Cleveland Jr. later finds out that her boyfriend is local rap star Kenny West and is forced to have a rap battle for her heart. Once Cleveland Jr. learns that Chanel has had a daughter with Kenny, named Candice, he decides to let Kenny stay with her.
Chanel also appears at Cookie and Freight Train's wedding in "You're the Best Man, Cleveland Brown".
